Medical Coverage

An optional benefit that provides medical prescription drug coverage.  Pioneer Center pays the majority of this benefit and your share is deducted from your paycheck on a pre-tax basis.

Dental Coverage

This is a voluntary benefit with the premium deducted from your paycheck on a pre-tax basis.

Basic Life Insurance

A benefit paid in full by Pioneer Center, this coverage provides a benefit of one times your annual salary in the event of your death.

Supplemental Life Insurance

This is an optional benefit that affords financial protections for you and your eligible family members in the event of death. This is paid by the employee and deducted from your paycheck on a post-tax basis.

Long Term Disability

This voluntary benefit, after a 60 day elimination period, pays 60% of your earnings on a monthly basis.

Flexible Benefits

We offer Flex Spending Accounts to assist with medical and dependent care expenses throughout the year. Eligibility for the following benefits begins on the 1st of the month following 90 days of full-time employment.

FSA-Medical Reimbursement Account

An optional benefit that allows you to set aside up to $2,500 per calendar year for out-of-pocket health care expenses through a pre-tax payroll deduction. Paid by employee, must elect participation during open enrollment.

FSA-Dependent Care

An optional benefit that allows you to set aside up to $5,000 per calendar year for dependent care expenses through a pre-tax payroll deduction. Paid by employee, must elect participation during open enrollment.

Retirement Plan

We value our employees and understand the importance of saving for retirement. In recognition of this, we provide a 403B package.  Once you are eligible you may defer your salary into a variety of investments options pre-tax.

Paid Time Off

We value our employees and understand the importance of time away from work. In addition to bereavement and holiday pay, we offer a generous paid time off program.

Bereavement Leave

Provides up to three days with pay in the event of the death of a family member designated under the bereavement leave program.

Holiday Pay

Ten paid holidays throughout the year.

Vacation

During your first year of service you will accrue 10 vacation days.  On your 5th anniversary you will earn an additional five days and on your 10th anniversary you will earn five more days for a total of 20 vacation days.

Sick Days

Ten days of sick time are provided each year and may be used for your illness or for the illness of a spouse, parent or child.  Unused sick days can be accumulated up to a maximum of 60 days.

Tuition Reimbursement

At times, we may provide 100% reimbursement for job related courses up to a maximum of $1,000 per fiscal year.  After one year of service, you may be eligible to apply for a scholarship program offered to employees.

We may pay membership dues to appropriate professional organizations.
