Pioneer Center
for Human Services
is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization that helps under-served
children and adults with developmental, cognitive, and mental
disabilities. Founded in 1958 by a group of parents, Pioneer
offers an array of services for clients with disabilities. They are
committed to helping children and adults with disabilities overcome
their barriers, enhance their well-being, and become productive members
of society. They focus on linking their services with those of the
community in a seamless web that helps clients maximize their social,
education, and vocational potential. What began over 40 years ago as a
single day school program now helps over 1,327 people annually to
achieve their life goals.
