About Sage House
Our program model embraces an eclectic range of therapies and instruction on an individual basis.  As every person is unique, our individual treatment plans may vary greatly from client to client.  We build on each client’s strengths and focus on goals that make sense for that individual.  We use real learning experiences to teach self-help skills, communication skills and choice making.  We place a high value on providing our clients with opportunities for social integration and recreation that are typical for individuals their age.
