Moonlight & Music, Pioneer Center for Human Services premier social event of the season, is just a few weeks away. Hosted at the Crystal Lake Country Club on Friday, June 21, the night promises to be a fun “Ravinia-like” open air concert featuring the music of Caribé Latin Jazz Orchestra. This exciting, new, one-of-a-kind group will enchant and excite with the powerful, high energy sounds of Santana as well as the smooth, sophisticated, jazzy sounds of Brazil.
In addition to individual tickets priced at $125 each, attendees can also reserve their very own “piece of the fairway” for a semi-private party for 10 people. As space is limited and filling up fast, potential guests are encouraged to RSVP for the event by Tuesday, June 11. Lawn chairs will be provided to allow our guests to fully enjoy the outdoor ambience. Dress is casual and a full cash bar will be offered.
“Join us as we celebrate yet another year of Pioneer Center and the community working together to ‘empower individuals to achieve their full potential.’ Together, we have provided programs and services to McHenry County’s most vulnerable for over 54 years. Don’t miss out on the social event of the summer…reserve your piece of the fairway today,” said Christin Kruse, Chief Development Officer for Pioneer Center for Human Services.
Moonlight & Music guests will enjoy a mouth-watering gourmet cookout and buffet offering a grill station including BBQ ribs, Mediterranean chicken, chef-carved pork loin and delicious sides. Also included will be a salad station offering Caesar salad, Thai rice and cabbage salad, grilled vegetables and fresh summer fruit. To end the decadent feast, desserts will include a chef-scooped ice cream station and a special tribute cake presented to Pioneer Center by the Crystal Lake Country Club.
Once the sun sets and the chairs are packed away for the night, guests are invited to move into the club’s bar area for a fun filled after-party. At the conclusion of the evening, each of our guests will receive a special gift to commemorate the event.
