Pioneer Center has converted all admissions appointments to walk-ins and extended its hours. Individuals seeking services can now visit the campus in McHenry Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. No appointment is necessary!
Walk-In hours allow you or your loved one to receive help from friendly, compassionate and professional staff on a day and time that works best for you. Individuals should bring with their: Illinois State ID or Driver’s License, Social Security card, proof of household income, parenting agreement/guardianship papers, proof of benefits and/or private insurance.
