Join our Team of  Volunteers!

Volunteers are an essential part of the Pioneer Center community. By sharing your time, talents, and skills, you help us continue providing meaningful support and services to individuals and families throughout our community.

Every volunteer contribution—whether a few hours at an event, ongoing support in a program area, or sharing a special skill—helps advance our mission and creates opportunities for those we serve to experience greater independence, inclusion, and well-being.

Volunteering with Pioneer Center is also an opportunity to connect with others, build relationships, learn more about the individuals we support, and become an important part of a community dedicated to making a difference.

No matter your background, experience, or availability, there is a way for you to get involved. Individuals, families, community groups, organizations, and businesses are all welcome. Together, we can create a stronger, more inclusive community where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

Opportunities include:

  • Direct Service – Engaging in activities that positively affect our clients and those we serve.
  • Event Support – Help organize and execute successful events such as fundraisers, awareness campaigns and community activities.
  • Administrative Assistance – Help support the day-to-day operations of Pioneer Center.
  • Fundraising and Development – Help the fundraising efforts of Pioneer Center by participating in donor engagement activities and distributing materials.
  • Advocacy and Outreach – Help raise awareness about the mission of Pioneer Center by participating in outreach programs, educating the public and engaging with the community.
  • Special Skills – Do you have a specialized skill or expertise in an area that you would like to share with others? We would love to hear from you.
