Live more independently with support from our residential staff

Behavioral Health Residential Services pair community integrated living with therapeutic supportive services to instill hope, foster change, and improve resident’s quality of life.

Our five group homes, nestled in neighborhoods in McHenry County, provide a safe, comfortable living environment, where adults with mental illness share a home with up to seven peers, under the supervision of caring staff.

Each resident is offered a range of services based on their goals and needs. This includes 24-hour supervision, individualized treatment planning, assessment of strengths and needs, living skills coaching, case management, community support, groups, individual therapy, referrals, medication monitoring and training, and transportation.
