What is a Matching Gift Program?

A matching gift program allows your donation to make an even greater impact. Many companies offer programs that match charitable contributions made by their employees, effectively doubling—or sometimes even tripling—the amount of support provided to eligible nonprofit organizations.

Through a matching gift program, your employer may match your donation to Pioneer Center with an additional contribution at no extra cost to you. These programs are a simple way to increase the impact of your generosity while helping support the programs and services that matter most.

If your employer offers a matching gift benefit, you may only need to submit a short request or form to have your donation matched. Check with your company’s human resources department or use our matching gift search tool to see if your employer participates.
